Hi! I'm Jess.
I am a mum to 5 beautiful kids.
I have had 5 very different pregnancies, births and postpartum stages. Why did I create The Fourth Trimester Doula? Simple! I think every parent to be (whether its your first or your 12th) deserves to have support. Not everyone has a network of people waiting to help them, be there for them etc. and being a doula, I feel helps bridge that gap! Ensuring tailored support for the amazing journey you're going on.
