Shipping Information
Hampers are dispatched on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays only.Orders placed after 3pm Thursday through to Sunday will be shipped on the next available dispatch day.
All orders are sent via Australia Post. While we carefully prepare and lodge your order, delivery timeframes are determined by Australia Post and are outside of our control. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Orders under $250 receive free standard shipping
Orders over $250 receive free express shipping
All orders include free shipping — the shipping method is determined by your order total.If your order is under $250, you may choose to upgrade to express shipping at checkout for an additional fee. Please note that express shipping does not bypass our dispatch days.
Returns & Refunds
All purchases are final and we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery, along with photos or videos where applicable. We’ll carefully review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
If an issue arises outside of the 72-hour window, please still reach out — we’re always happy to review and assist where possible.

Express shipping add-ons, as delivery timeframes are determined by Australia Post and express shipping does not bypass our dispatch days (Monday to Thursday).
Gift wrapping add-ons, as this service is non-refundable.
